           Enterprise culture is the culture of an organization mostly featured by the characteristics of the owner. What he/she advocates is usually the most important work of this organization, and the process of making strategies and rules somewhat is the result of the hard work of the owner as well as the crystallization of his/her thoughts and wisdom, which makes up the key elements of the strategies of the organization.
          That is to say, in the enterprise culture of Yisheng the General Manager is the first designer and practitioner. This culture is originated from years of experience in the market and continuous innovation in inside management of the company, and is the outcome of endless summarization, abstraction through practices in the company in the past five years.
            With these basic acknowledgement, we come to analysis the culture of Yisheng from two points of view as following:

     "I succeeded in my fist career because of courage and then in my second career because of intellect, and now for the third time I'll rely on the enterprise culture"
     When I made my first capital accumulation, I had relied on fearlessness and courage of being young; as I was older and experienced more in the society I became more and more reasonable, so 2000 could be regarded as my second success in my career; now my company has gone through five years, the development is rather satisfying but I still feel that to succeed in the "Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai" area and to keep expanding our size for longer time it is necessary to have our own specific enterprise culture, because technologies and products will be out of date sooner or later; and what will never drop behind is culture.

     Responsibility is a necessity for enterprises at any time, which may include enterprises' responsibilities for its customers and staff or staff's responsibility for their enterprises. We want this kind of responsibility deeply embedded into every staff member and make it a strong consciousness in our minds. This responsibility consciousness will force us to perform better in our daily life and work.
     "Customers benefits is the priority while our profits is subsequent to that!"
     The market economy is a co-beneficial and win-win economic system. Benefits of both sides is the precondition for cooperation. Far-fetched cooperation will not result in long-term stable cooperation, not to say reciprocal benefits. The market economy requires the inter-trust and support between manufacturers, material suppliers, traders and end users. Regarding profit distribution, in my view, customers' benefits are the priority because they will not buy our products if they cannot bring profits for them and thus we'll not be able to maintain long-term profits. So I have to emphasize that "Customers' benefits is the priority while our profits is subsequent to that!"
